The ladies at Bella Bridal are amazing! Breann (I hope I spelled her name right) was amazing as our consultant and Lettie was amazing with alterations! I felt so amazing in the dress that they helped me find! The shop has a wonder spot where you can get on a stage and get the full impact of the dress when you try it on! Also, they went out of their way to help my mom get things fixed when there was a miscommunication in getting her dress ordered and it came in the wrong shade of silver. They got it straightened out right away and my mom looked amazing too!

I LOVED this little bridal shop! The consultant that I worked with was very patient and listened well. It was my first time trying on dresses and she helped me find one that I could actually take home that day! I had a 6 month engagement so I was worried that if I had to order a dress that it wouldn't come in in time. But she reassured me we'd find something that would work and I was so relieved when I found that dress that brought my mom and I to tears. The consultant left the room to find out their sample sale price and came back so excited for us with the total. BreAnn and Bella Bridal Staff,

I visited five salons before buying my dress, and my experience at Bella Bridal was the best by far. First, the interior of the store is incredibly unique. I believe it used to be a home designer's showcase, so the layout is very different (almost like a house) but effective. There is theatre-style seating for family and friends to sit and view the bride as she "models," there are separate rooms in the store for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, accessories, etc., and the dressing rooms were very spacious. My only complaint would be that there isn't natural light in the room where you model your dress, but there are windows in the next room over on both sides, so it wasn't a huge issue. The store was clean and not overcrowded.

I went to this store because they carried the Watters collection (including Wtoo), which I absolutely adore. They also carry Enzoani (including Blue and Modeca). Those are their only bridal designers, but they have a huge selection from which to choose. I would much rather a store have just a few high-quality designers and carry many of their dresses rather than having a hodgepodge of dresses from a ton of different designers. I brought pictures of gowns from these designers, and the consultant I worked with, BreAnn, was extremely knowledgeable about the gowns the store carried and was able to tell me immediately if they had each gown in stock or not. She and the other consultants were familiar with the Watters dresses by style name, which was extremely helpful. BreAnn brought me exactly what I was looking for, but I was also able to browse through all of their gowns, and they were very well-organized and easily accessible. We were also allowed to take photos in the gowns.

After my first appointment and deciding I liked several of the Watters gowns, BreAnn told me there was going to be a Watters trunk show a couple weeks later and that the dresses would likely be on sale. I very much appreciated that she told me this, because she just as easily could have scheduled me for an appointment on a day when the dresses would have been full price. All of the Saturday appointments were booked, so the store opened up appointments on Sunday when they wouldn't normally be open. When I came back for the second appointment, BreAnn had all of the gowns that I liked already pulled, as well as gowns they didn't normally have in stock that I knew would be there for the trunk show and had requested to try on.

BreAnn was not at all pushy and did not put any pressure on me to buy a gown, and she didn't go on and on about how fabulous I looked in a dress just to make a sale like some other consultants I've worked with have. She was honest and subtly helped me make my decision between two gowns after my family and friends had weighed in. After having been a bridesmaid three times and now being a bride (visiting many stores and working with many consultants), it was extremely refreshing to work with a consultant who was not overly-vocal.

Once I decided on a gown, there was some concern over whether I would need to order extra length. The owner, Sandy, helped BreAnn double-check the measurements and determined that I wouldn't need to spend anything extra. Again, she just as easily could have told me I needed to spend the extra $250, but she didn't, which I very much appreciated.

The only reason I won't be buying my bridesmaid dresses here is because none of their designers had the shade of green I was looking for. Otherwise, I would be back in a heartbeat. I can't recommend this store enough. I will make an update in six months once the gown comes in!

Everything was really clean and organized, and their accessory room is wonderful! So many hair pieces, veils, shoes, and jewelry that helped me picture what I'll actually look like walking down the aisle. They have a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses too.

I worked with a young, cute, girl i believe named Kristin.  She was so knowledgeable even though she was young.  If she did not know the answer to a question or every aspect of a single dress she would gladly go look it up and find out for me.  

I loved the selection at Bella Bridal.  They had every style and color i was looking for.  It was nice that they would allow us to take pictures of the merchandise.  They also were not to pushy on me purchasing my dress or any other merchandise which helped and made me want to go back there.

I highly recommend Bella Bridal and formal wear to any one that needs any kind of dress.

Loved my experience with Bella Bridal.  I drove with my Mom and future Mother-in-Law out to St. Charles from the city, because they had the best selection of WToo dresses in the area (they had all the brand new ones that I couldn't find anywhere).  

Lydia was my consultant, and she was terrific.  Kind, accommodating, somehow always knew how to pick out the most amazing belt/sash to transform a dress.  We were the last ones there on a beautiful Saturday, and were NEVER meant to feel like it was nearing closing time.  She made great style suggestions, and encouraged me to rank dresses and revisit/retry them on.  And you can take pictures, which speaks volumes about the culture of the store.  

My budget was 1500 absolute max, and I was like a kid in a candy store with the WToo dresses (and she even pulled the Watters dress that fit the range/style too).

Worth the trip out there!

I loved this place.  I loved Leanne.  I loved the selection. I loved it all.
I have a $1,000 - $1,300 budget and tried on at least 10 dresses there - some were samples that were retail well over my budget.
My consultant, Leanne, was great.  She helped my mom and me pick out dresses to try on and didn't pressure us at all to go outside our budget.  She was great in the fitting room and made me feel comfortable whilst traipsing around in my unders.
Aside from Leanne, the place is just great.  Don't be fooled by the strip mall exterior.  They have a nice selection and great showing area.
